ONCE THE $290MXN PAYMENT IS MADE, WE WILL SEND YOU YOUR GUIDE VIA WHATSAPP OR EMAIL SO YOU CAN PRINT IT AND PASTE IT ON THE PACKAGE, MAKE SURE THAT THE PACKAGE IS CORRECTLY SEALED TO AVOID ANY KIND OF THEFT OR LOSS OF THE FOOTWEAR. DELIVER YOUR PACKAGE TO THE PACKAGE STAFF AND READY! WE TAKE CARE OF SENDING YOU THE NEW PAIRS IN THE REQUESTED SIZE.
The only reason for which a return can be requested is due to a manufacturing defect, which must be demonstrated at the time of receiving your package.
If the product received has a manufacturing defect, you have a period of 48 calendar hours from the date you receive the order to request the change.
EXCEPTIONS THAT DO NOT COVER WARRANTY

REQUIREMENTS FOR CHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

RECOVERY OF PRODUCTS NOT APPROVED FOR RETURN
